Compliance Statement
VelluxaVIP is not a Primary Producer as defined by 18 U.S.C. ยง 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. VelluxaVIP is a secondary distributor that provides an interface to content produced and hosted by third parties.
Custodian of Records
All records required by law are maintained by the Primary Producers. Each primary content provider (e.g., Stripchat) is responsible for verifying the age and identity of every performer and maintaining the appropriate records at their designated location.
Performer Age Policy
VelluxaVIP strictly prohibits the indexing of any content featuring individuals under the age of 18. All performers appearing in the live streams indexed by this site have represented that they are 18 years of age or older and have had their government-issued identification verified by the primary producer prior to broadcast.
